Inheriting the virtue of perseverance,
The only female master craftsman of armor and helmets in Japan.
鎧兜作家
For over 120 years since its founding in 1897, the 5th generation "Rikiishi Kojin" has been producing "armor and helmets" for seasonal festivals, carrying on the highly acclaimed techniques and rich aesthetic beauty of the late Heian and Kamakura periods.
With a sensitivity that connects emotions and the superior techniques he has acquired, this craftsman has created "Yoroi Temoto" bags, which embody the theme of "the beauty of history woven into the present," and which evoke surprise and admiration, and are the result of diligent refinement of traditional techniques.
As the characters "Yoroi Temoto" suggest, we create each item with the hope that it will be something that anyone can hold in their hands and use for a long time.

Armor and helmet maker
Having learned armor making from a young age and undergone rigorous training as a craftsman , he is one of Japan's leading artisans of armor.
He meticulously studies national treasure armor, faithfully reproducing its techniques, and even seems to grasp the very soul of the craftsmen of that era, reviving it in his works.
The exquisite finish, the historically rich color scheme, the dignified weight, and the aesthetic beauty that brings them all together have earned it high praise.
